Deposit day
After this you will know exactly where the welcome offer starts and when the wagering begins.
Log in and open the cashier, then put in at least A$13. The welcome figure lands on top of what you deposit, so a larger deposit unlocks more of it.
In the deposit screen, choose the welcome offer before you confirm. There is no promo code to type; skipping the choice means your deposit arrives with no bonus attached.
Bonus funds and spins are separate balances, and the 37x applies until the 54th day. Track the counter in your account, because play after that date stops counting.
Many players fear a bonus will lock their cash; here is how to tell.

Where players lose a bonus at Westpoint Casino, and what to do before each step.
The welcome bonus is valid for 54 days, and any part of the 37x requirement still open when that period ends is lost.
The offer is chosen in the cashier when you make the deposit, so a deposit made with no offer selected means no bonus.
Photo ID, proof of address and a payment card image get checked before the first withdrawal, and that can take 58 hours.
Open one account in your own name and the welcome offer waits for you in the cashier.

Five questions bonus hunters in Australia put to us most often, answered without the sales patter.
Withdrawal sits behind verification: photo ID, proof of address and a card image are checked at the latest before your first withdrawal, and the review takes up to 58 hours. Bonus funds need the full 37x cleared first. After that, payouts run from A$17 to A$41,200.
The licence tells you who polices the operator and where a complaint goes. Westpoint Casino LLC trades under licence ALSI-819007 from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, company number 906726, registered at Hombo Road, Mutsamudu. Wallis and Futuna is the register to quote in a dispute.
The game lobby holds 3,346 titles from 134 providers, and you can open any of them with your own money and no wagering attached. Deposit from A$13 and whatever you win stays withdrawable once verification clears. No bonus terms apply to a plain cash session.
Right away, the same as on a desktop: the cashier lists the welcome offer and you pick it as you deposit. Apps for iOS and Android carry the full cashier, and the mobile browser works too. Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayID all sit inside the app.
Every offer carries a clock. The welcome package and its 181 spins stay live for 54 days, free spins last a day and the reload three days. Unmet wagering after that date removes the bonus and anything it produced.
